From planning your special event to knowing what to expect during our visit, we’re here to ensure a truly magical and seamless experience.

If the client cancels an Event, the reservation fee that is paid is non-refundable. However Client may be able to apply the fee as a credit toward another Event scheduled to occur within one year of the cancelled Event. Eligibility for a credit issued is at the discretion of the Ranch.
If the Ranch cancels an Event, the reservation fee will be refunded. The Ranch is prepared to endure typical December weather in North Dakota. However, Events may be canceled by the Ranch due to hazardous travel conditions and/or extremely frigid temperatures.
Candid photos are allowed during the Event. Bring your cameras and get ready to make some memories! If you prefer a professional photo session, please notify the Ranch ahead of the Event, and we will make a good faith effort to accommodate.
Event safety is our number one priority! Our Reindeer are contained in a paneled area. Each animal at your event will have a dedicated and experienced handler to make sure each close encounter is safe and enjoyable for both animals and guests. We recommend children be accompanied by a responsible adult for each close encounter. Guests should not have their hands around the face or mouths of the animals. A safety briefing is offered to all guests at the Event.
Our animal encounters have a two hour time minimum. You may choose to add additional hours to any event.
There is no limit to guests attending your Event. If your Event is open to the public, please provide at least one volunteer to process your guests around the animal enclosures. The Ranch will make every attempt to create a memorable and special encounter for each guest attending your Event.
Our Ranch carries a USDA Exhibitors license- Class C. The Ranch encourages a hand washing station within a reasonable distance of your venue. If you do not have a hand washing station, one may be provided to you by the Ranch, at an additional expense.
Reindeer and close animal interactions are great for private parties like birthdays and weddings. Encounters are also wonderful for community events, festivals, corporate events, and business attractions.

Our Holiday season is filling fast. We recommend booking your next Event as soon as possible. We anticipate Holiday weekends to fill a year in advance.
We are willing to travel anywhere in North Dakota. Our booking price includes travel within 80 miles of Garrison ND. Additional mileage after 160 miles round trip, are subject to a charge of $2/mile each way.
The short answer is, Yes! The Ranch will make every attempt to align with a particular style, color theme and aesthetic. We also offer additional services such as our “Reindeer Express”’ letters to Santa Station, and our vintage Magical Sleigh as add-ons for your special Holliday Events.
